This product solves a crucial problem that, as a firsthand user, I deeply connected with. By leveraging my superpower through the innovation triangle, I aimed to demonstrate its potential as a market disruptor, even in its early stages.

People who care about their food will buy the current product in the first place, but to make it a market disruptor, we are missing a large portion: Health Conscious users.

 

By adding few upgrades, calorie tracking seamless user-experience, we can tap into 50% of diet tracking consumers and make them fall in love with SmartWare Device. Not only it will create sensation in the fitness market, it will increase the revenue drastically. Wondering how ?, 

Building on Don Norman’s principle that 'Good design focuses on user needs,' market disruptor design takes this further by creating new ways for the world to feel, turning interactions into profound experiences that linger as memorable moments making us feel alive.
